Time on one screen. When you take it, your content is shown on theonlyad.lol until somebody else takes it, or, during the free phase, for 10 minutes.

Nobody can displace you inside the guaranteed hold, at any price. After that, anybody who pays the current price takes the screen. We do not promise a minimum number of views, and we do not sell impressions.

We are not obliged to sell to anyone or to publish anything. We can refuse a submission, end a reign, or clear the screen entirely, without notice and without giving a reason.

There are no refunds, and this is structural. The server that runs this holds no private key. It can receive a payment and it has no way to send one, which is deliberate: if it were compromised there would be nothing to steal. The consequence is that nothing here can refund you, ever.

Everything below follows from that.

If two people pay for the same moment, nobody loses their money. The second payment joins a queue and takes the screen when the falling price reaches what they paid. Their money buys exactly the time it would have bought on screen.

If you pay less than the price you were quoted, you do not get the screen at that price. Your payment joins the queue at the amount you actually sent.

If your content is rejected, you are not refunded. This is stated here, before payment, on purpose. Screening runs before you pay wherever it can, so this should be rare, but a reign can also be ended by moderation after it starts.

If you pay less than $0.10, or send a payment we cannot match to a quote, we cannot grant a screen for it and cannot return it automatically. Contact us and it is handled by hand.

Slurs and hateful content. Anything illegal. Links to scam, phishing or malware destinations. Impersonation of a person or company that is not yours. Content targeting a private individual.

Ordinary product copy is fine, including anything about security, wallets, exploits or audits. We screen for harm, not for topic.

You confirm you have the right to use whatever you upload, including any logo, and that showing it does not infringe anybody else.

Every outbound link is marked so it passes no ranking signal, and it goes through a page showing the real destination first. We check destinations against a blocklist. We do not vouch for anywhere you end up, and going there is your decision.

No accounts, no email, no password, no cookie banner, because there is nothing to put in one.

When you claim the screen we store a one way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, to apply cooldowns and rate limits. We store the content you submitted and the link to your post, and both are part of a permanent public record of who held the screen.

Visitor numbers come from a privacy focused analytics provider, served from our own domain. We do not sell anything about you, because we do not have anything to sell.

This is one screen run by one person. It can go down, lose a reign to a bug, or stop entirely. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reign in question.

These terms can change. The version that applies to a reign is the one published when you took it. The tuning numbers above are read live from the running configuration, so this page cannot drift away from what the product actually does.
